About This Service

Need short care and check-ins on your pet while you're away? Our Deluxe Cuddle Calls provide fresh food and water, potty break or cleaning litter boxes, playtime, and additional snuggle time until the visit ends! You'll receive updates and photos of your pet(s) at each visit. Each Extended Cuddle Call is 60 minutes long. We recommend at least two daily Cuddle Calls for pups and at least one daily Cuddle Call for cats depending on your pet's needs. Deluxe Cuddle Calls do not include dog walking outside of short potty breaks. If you have more than three pets, please contact us for a special discounted rate for additional pets.

Cancellation Policy

Reservation Policy To confirm your reservation for pet care services, full payment is required at the time of booking confirmation. We do not hold or reserve dates of care until payment is received in full. If payment is not completed by the service start date, your reservation will be treated as a late cancellation, and services will not be provided. Cancelation Policy Cancellations or rescheduling must be made more than seven days before the scheduled start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations or rescheduling within seven days will receive a 50% refund for the entire stay or specific day being altered. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the service start date are non-refundable. Purchased Plan Packages are non-refundable. The above cancellation policy applies to all services, even when paid for with a Plan Package.
