What to Expect From a Quick Visit?

When we drop in for your pet's quick visit, we'll notify you that we've arrived and begin the visit by pampering your fluffy companion with treats and cuddles. Throughout their visit, we'll be on top of things, whether it's tidying up litter boxes for our feline pals or supervising quick bathroom breaks for our canine buddies in the yard or on a short stroll. We'll adhere to your pet's feeding schedule for each visit, administer prescribed medications as directed, and ensure they have access to fresh water. Rest assured, your pet will only receive food and treats approved by you, with no human food or items from outside the home included in their diet. We'll make sure they're provided with ample playtime and maybe even some brain-teasing puzzle toys, capturing every adorable moment to share with you later. As the visit comes to an end, expect a quick, detailed update filled with all the activities your pet enjoyed, any concerns we spotted, and of course, we'll give a few more treats to your furry family member and ensure they're all snug before we say goodbye. And yes, those cute pictures are a must for an added dose of happiness!

Steps of Quick Visits

Arrive to the home and start the quick visit - Upon arrival to your home at the scheduled check-in time, you'll receive an update that we've arrived and that the quick visit has started!

Greet the pet and give pets and cuddles - We'll greet your pet with treats, pets, and cuddles to ensure they are content, reassured, happy, and healthy. When interacting with your pet, we'll let you know if we observe any concerning behavior or possible symptoms of health issues, upset stomach, or high anxiety.

Change the litter/Let outside for a quick potty break - For our feline friends, we'll clean their litter box(es) as directed in their care instructions whether that be cleaning during each visit, or every-other-day cleaning. For our canine companions, we'll monitor an outside potty break in the yard or on a quick (5 minute) potty walk.

Feed and change the water - We'll follow your pet's feeding instructions as directed for each visit, administer any prescription medications as instructed, and provide fresh water for your pet. Your pet will not be fed any human food or food/treats from outside the home.

Take pictures - Playtime and mental enrichment is offered to your pet with toys, hidden treats, your pet's favorite activities, or any pet puzzles at the home. We'll make sure to snap some adorable photos of your pet throughout the visit to send in the visit update at the end of the service.

Write update  - During your pet's playtime and cuddle session, we'll write a quick update regarding your pet's appetite, behavior, and activities during the visit. We'll mention any concerns, potty accidents, or questions we have to keep you in-the-loop with your pet's care.

Give one last pets - Before ending the visit, we'll provide a few final treats and last-minute ear scratches to reassure your pet that we'll be back for their next visit, or that their pawrent will be returning soon.

Head out and send the update - As we end the quick visit, we'll ensure all doors and windows are locked, your pet is safe and comfortable, and will send you the visit update via text message including details on their playdate and photos of your pet throughout the check-in.
