About This Service

Need short care and check-ins on your pet while you're away? Quick Visits provide fresh food and water, litter boxes cleaning, and playtime until the visit ends! You'll receive updates and photos of your pet(s) at each visit. Each Meow Maintenance Visit is 30 minutes long. We recommend at least one daily Meow Maintenance Visit for cats depending on your pet's needs. Please contact us if you have more than 3 pets total as additional pets are charged an additional discounted rate.

Cancellation Policy

Reservation Policy To confirm your reservation for pet care services, full payment is required at the time of booking confirmation. We do not hold or reserve dates of care until payment is received in full. If payment is not completed by the service start date, your reservation will be treated as a late cancellation, and services will not be provided. Cancelation Policy Cancellations or rescheduling must be made more than seven days before the scheduled start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations or rescheduling within seven days will receive a 50% refund for the entire stay or specific day being altered. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the service start date are non-refundable. Purchased Plan Packages are non-refundable. The above cancellation policy applies to all services, even when paid for with a Plan Package.
